Procedure
Once we have received all the documents, you have 2 possibilities to make a reservation:

Reservation with prior visit: we give you the contact details of the owners. You make an appointment with them to view the apartment. If you come to an agreement, the owner will pre-reserve the apartment against a downpayment of 30% of the rent. The final reservation will be confirmed as soon as you have paid the agency fee.

Reservation without prior visit: you let us know about the reference number of the offer you are interested in. We contact the owner to check the availability of the apartment and to obtain his agreement on the dates. In case of a positive answer, the final reservation will be confirmed once we receive the agency fee and once the owner has received the downpayment of 30% of the rent.
To comply with French law we set up a one-year lease with the possibility of cancelling the contract with a one-month notice. Upon your arrival, you will be expected to pay the balance of the rent and a refundable deposit which varies according to the duration of the rental.An additional fee of 30 euros can be asked for in case of check-in or check-out on a week-end day or on a bank holiday or outside business hours (9:15 am - 6:30 pm). Every tenant must be insured during his stay in the apartment. A final cleaning fee of 25€ for a studio, 35€ for a 1-bedroom-apartment, 50€ for a 2-bedroom-apartment and 75€ for a 3-bedroom-apartment will be charged to the tenant for all the apartments which are managed directly by INTER-LOGEMENT. Bedsheets are provided. An amount of 20€ per set of bedsheets will be charged to the tenant for the cleaning of the bedsheets.
